Jennifer Keane is a clinical counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.

Why Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is an invaluable addition to the Western healing paradigm. In addition to symptomatic relief, the person who practices mindfulness will:

  • Develop the ability to respond rather than react from old habits and past conditioning
  • Become more aware of repetitive mental and emotional themes which may benefit from co-investigation
  • Benefit more from therapy by observation and reflection in daily practice, outside sessions
  • Become more gentle and compassionate with one's self, more connected with others and to life itself
