Why Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is an invaluable addition to the Western healing paradigm. In addition to symptomatic relief, the person who practices mindfulness will:
- Develop the ability to respond rather than react from old habits and past conditioning
- Become more aware of repetitive mental and emotional themes which may benefit from co-investigation
- Benefit more from therapy by observation and reflection in daily practice, outside sessions
